Sky Ferreira is the beautiful gal modelling Saint Laurent’s pre fall collection. I really did not see this coming (fashion never fails to surprise us), but, I love it.
Why?
I’m going through an every-photo-must-be-black-and-white phase. Probably because I feel black and white images almost always feel more atmospheric than colour photographs. It obviously depends though. I also think Sky Ferreira is bad-ass (and she’s a singer-songwriter/actress). And last but not least, Saint Laurent, who always creates the most magnificent black wardrobe staples. Pleated skirts, leather jackets, lace accents, blazers…Hedi Slimane, you pretty much rock.

I would have never associated Sky Ferrera with Saint Laurent…interestingly enough the photos are shot really well and I love the effects. P.S I just did my couture week post and left out Ulyana Sergeenko because I know you will be featuring it here soon
