Day Four

For day four of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week I wore a Forever New dress and a vintage jacket.

David Tlale

Set on the corner of Rose and Wale Streets in the Bo-Kaap with its historical houses as a colourful setting and a breathtakingly beautiful view of Table Mountain, David Tlale’s spring/summer fashion show was pure fashion bliss.

Loved the South African influence with white on white detail, splashes of colour, curlers in the hair and headscarves (I need a pair of those pink tights!).

In the evening…

Sheri made me laugh so much before this photo was taken.

Stefania Morland

I couldn’t have imagined a better way to end off Cape Town Fashion Week. Stefania Morland’s elegant collections are what I look forward to every year. The Cape Philharmonic Orchestra suited the theme of the clothes superbly.

That’s it from my Cape Town Fashion Week experience on the blog. Be sure to check my full report in the next issue of VL.
