Sometimes…just sometimes…I go around my house and take pictures of the things I love/want to show you.

I recently came across my grandmothers original Chanel No.5 perfume. My grandmother bought it in the 80’s just before she passed away. It’s been unused ever since.

Luke bought me this awesome Canon photograph printer. The photograph paper comes with ink for the specific amount of photographs. At the back of the paper it looks like a postcard…so I’ll be sending my grandparents in the UK a postcard or two.

I’ve been enjoying vanilla tea in the evenings. I searched high and low in SA for vanilla tea and finally found Twinings at Spar and PnP.

Luke’s mom got me this set of retro body products as part of my Christmas present – I think it’s really cute. They’re available exclusively at Clicks.

I’ll be honest…I bought this because it’s pretty.

Hope you’re having a swell week.

I think it’s wonderful that you kept your grandmother’s perfume just the way she bought it. A beautiful way to cherish her memory. I hope you’re having a wonderful week, Nicole! xo

It’s so sweet that you’ve still kept your grandmothers Chanel perfume, all intact. Congrats on the printer. What a beautiful memory of her. Loving those foot products, going to look for them next time at Clicks. Adorable bottle, I would’ve bought it for that same reason.

Awww I too have a penchant for trawling my home taking photographs of the things I adore =) Its quite a nostalgic activity for me actually. Anyway its so great you’ve left your grandmothers’ perfume untouched. There something so sweet and sentimental about it all. Thanks for sharing these gems, that printer is ah-maaaaazing!

Love the photograph printer and the fact that you kept the Chanel no.5 unused. Very sweet!
